Account Executive – Print Sales

Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our business through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.
This is a hunter-focused role responsible for developing new opportunities and introducing clients to Baesman’s print and marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Build relationships with decision-makers from marketing teams to procurement
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges
- Sell solutions including commercial print, direct mail, and marketing services
- Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (print industry preferred)
- Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM
