Larry is passionate about safety, has worked for printers, provided Association forums on safety, and is extremely knowledgeable and engaging. It is a pleasure to have Larry return to speak to us.
In Fire Science there is a Culture of Safety which includes:
- a Culture of reporting safety concerns with equipment, and procedures, and even about fellow personnel.
- a Culture of reporting all near misses.
- a Culture of management / employees joint safety committee meetings, with minutes posted for all to see.
