The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) has created a program called Destination: Excellence, which adds a number of changes to its alternative rating programs as well as new initiatives to encourage loss control.  These changes are designed to encourage meaningful behaviors by employers with specific areas of focus being injury prevention, loss control and return-to-work efforts.  Join us for a webinar where we will discuss these changes in more detail and how you can use them to meaningfully affect your company's bottom line.

You will learn:

  • about your ability to stack discounts - even on top of your group rating discount
  • about the new Industry Safety Discount, which gives a discount for safe employer behaviors
  • about how to get a bonus for bringing injured employees back to transitional work

Employers are once again allowed to "stack" discounts on top of their group rating program for the coming year - even in excess of the maximum 53% group discount. If you are not in a traditional group rating plan but possibly considering a Group Retro rating plan, or one of the BWC's alternative discounts, you'll want to hear what changes have been made to these programs to more accurately determine which plan is best for your company.
