The Murphy Company Announces Sale
The Murphy Company, a 66-year-old graphic supply company in Columbus, has begun a new chapter in its long and successful life.
Recently the company announced that the business assets previously known as The Murphy Company, Incorporated, located at 455 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, (614) 221-7731, had been purchased by Murphy Company, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. The new name is intended to honor the Murphy strength in its 67th year of service to its customers in the graphic arts, supply, and voice and dictation equipment industries.
Going forward, "Murphy Company" will be the cornerstone of the company’s continued branding efforts, while they explore expanding into additional areas of commerce, all the while maintaining and building on their position in graphic arts, dictation equipment and supplies.
The web address, www.murphycompany.com will remain the same. They plan to launch an enhanced website with features for online ordering and client access. In addition, a new logo is in the works to represent these exciting times.
Jack, Jim and Rich Murphy, who began leading the company in 1972, are excited to turn over the company with its new leadership, Loren Stone, Patrick Demkovich, and Michael Murphy.
