Best Workplace in the Americas Winners Announced
Printing Industries of America has announced the winners of the 2020 Best Workplace in the Americas (BWA) awards program and the Safety Shield designation. The Best Workplace in the Americas award winners were evaluated on human resources benchmarking categories that recognize companies that embrace the most sought-after qualities for today's work environment: Communication & Culture, Employee Resources & Benefits, and Safety & Work Environment. The Safety Shield winners demonstrated the highest levels of safety in the workplace.
For nearly two decades, the Best Workplace in the Americas awards program has been an acknowledgement of printing industry excellence in human resources practices. Judged by an anonymous panel of human relations professionals from the industry, the BWA awards show that companies of any size can excel in their commitment to employees.
Six of our members won the Best Workplace designation: Baesman Group (Hilliard, OH), The Millcraft Paper Company (Cleveland, OH), Oliver Inc. (Twinsburg, OH), Phototype Engraving Co. (Cincinnati, OH), Steinhauser, Inc. (Newport, KY), and United Mail (Cincinnati, OH).
Hopkins Printing (Columbus, OH) was given the highest honor in this awards program, the Best of the Best designation.
Hopkins Printing and Oliver Inc. were also awarded the Safety Shield designation.
