Northern Region Print Week 2019
On Thursday, February 7th, during Ben’s Bash at 100th Bomb Group, we enjoyed viewing printed works and selecting our favorite for the People’s Choice Award. We celebrated those that received Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards in our annual Print Excellence Awards competition. We took time to honor our newest Hall of Distinction Inductees Jay Kaufman, Scott McGill, and Tom Weekley. Jay told us how he got started in the industry and his background for his speech, and Scott thanked his wife for always being there for him and understanding his long hours. Christian and Morgane Weekley accepted this honor on behalf of their father, and gave the medallion to their mother, stating how the families are the most deserving of this honor because of the sacrifices endured over the years, a sentiment echoed by all of our inductees.
