Overtime Law Change Go Into Effect December 1st
The new overtime regulations will go into effect on December 1, 2016. While 21 states have filed a lawsuit to challenge the rule and the House has passed legislation to delay its implementation, it is exceedingly likely that the rule will go into effect as scheduled.

Because of the changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime law, the Employee Polygraph Protection Act, and minimum wage laws, workplace posters will need to be updated.
